Schematic is hiring a Staff Engineer to drive the development of our developer platform and tooling. In this multi-stack role, you will build APIs, SDKs, CLIs and other tools to enable developers to easily integrate with our feature management platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expertise in Go and other programming languages used by our developer community.



Key responsibilities:



• Architect and implement APIs, SDKs and tools for the Schematic developer platform
• Work closely with the founding team to define the vision and roadmap for our developer experience
• Engage with our developer community to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Champion best practices for API design, documentation, testing, and performance
