Schematic is seeking a Staff Engineer to drive the development of our data engineering pipeline and infrastructure. In this role, you will design and implement scalable systems for data ingestion, transformation, and integration to support our feature management platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Go and TypeScript, experience with various data pipeline tools and databases, experience with integrating third-party data sources, and a track record of delivering complex data engineering projects.



Key responsibilities:



• Architect and implement a robust and scalable data pipeline for ingesting and processing customer data
• Design and build systems for real-time event processing, data integration, and analytics
• Establish best practices for data modeling, quality, security, and governance
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
