We are looking for a Staff Engineer to drive the development of our core feature management platform and API. In this backend-focused role, you will design and implement scalable, performant, and secure systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Go, AWS, PostgreSQL, and experience building production-grade APIs and microservices.



Key responsibilities:



• Lead the architectural design and implementation of our core platform and API
• Develop robust systems for feature flagging, entitlements, and user segmentation
• Implement best practices for infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Work closely with the founding team to ensure the platform meets the needs of our customers
• Mentor other engineers and promote a culture of operational excellence
